Geneva Chervenic Realty has grown steadily since its founding. The firm has continuously strengthened its position among area real estate market leaders while broadening its base of buyer and seller services.

Geneva Chervenic incorporated her business in 1973 and outgrew her small office quickly as the top sales associates from the area joined her team.

Geneva Chervenic lives the law of reciprocity, "Give and you shall receive." She started her company without capital but with a sure faith in God. Geneva's first months earnings in 1973 provided the seed and the harvest has been phenomenal. The business rapidly expanded and in 1976 she relocated to the present office at 3589 Darrow Road in Stow a restored home, which has been enlarged and warmly furnished in a relaxing non-commercial atmosphere. The office is open seven days a week to better serve our customers.

In September 2001, Geneva Chervenic Realty opened a branch office in Green to better serve that areas growing real estate market. Top producing sales associates from the area joined the team. Phenomenal growth resulted in a move in September 2004, to a larger office located at 3333 Massillon Rd, in Green.

Also, in the fall of 2004, Geneva Chervenic Realty opened a third office at 3009 Smith Rd. in Fairlawn to better serve the West Akron, Fairlawn, Montrose, Copley, and other neighboring communities.

Geneva Chervenic Realty's sales record speaks dramatically for its dedicated associates and their impressive sales performance. They have increased total volume consistently year after year, and since 1973 they have made the climb exceptionally pronounced. Such results come from sound management policies efficiently carried through by an immensely competent sales organization and an experienced and efficient office support staff.
